Marketing Partner
The marketing person you don't have on staff
Ongoing help from someone who knows your business
Planning, social media, copy, and the everyday should-we-do-this questions, handled by someone who already knows how your business runs.
Marketing shouldn't be a side project
Most small business owners end up doing their own marketing between everything else, because there's no one else to do it.
You already have a business to run. Somewhere between the actual work and everything else, marketing becomes the thing you get to when you get to it, which usually means social media goes quiet for a month, or a good idea never turns into an actual post.
You don't need a full marketing team for this, and you don't need to hire someone full time either. I work like the marketing person on your staff, minus the salary and the desk, planning what to focus on next, writing the copy, shaping the social presence, and answering the questions that come up before they turn into a bigger problem.
What it is
This is ongoing work, not a one-time project. Once we're working together, I plan what to focus on each month, shape and often run your social media, write copy and build the assets that go with it, and stay available for the questions that come up as you run the business, from should we boost this post to does this make sense for us.
What a typical month looks like
- A monthly plan for what to focus on and why
- Social media planned, written, and often posted for you
- Copy and assets for whatever you're promoting that month
- A standing answer to should-we-be-doing-this questions
- Direct access to me, not a support ticket queue
- Adjustments as your business changes, not a fixed package that never moves
How it works
Ongoing, month to month
-
We set the starting plan
A first conversation about where your business stands and what's worth focusing on first.
-
I get to work
Social media, copy, and assets start going out, planned around what moves your business, not just a content calendar for its own sake.
-
We adjust every month
Each month, we look at what worked and shift the plan, so the work keeps matching what your business needs right now.
Proof it works
Real client work
For a family-owned HVAC business in Tennessee, the relationship didn't end when the site launched. I've kept working with them on the search, tracking, and follow-up pieces since, adjusting as their business changes instead of handing over a project and walking away. It's a partnership that's worked well for both of us, and it's still going.

Tell me what's falling through the cracks right now. I'll tell you honestly whether ongoing help makes sense for where your business is, or whether a one-time project would do it.
