Process

Four steps, from first call to handoff

Every project moves through the same four steps: a discovery call, a plan you approve, the build itself, and a handoff with support built in, so you always know where things stand.

The four steps

  1. Discovery

    A 30-minute call

We get on a call and go through what's happening in your business today: what's working, what isn't, and where the biggest opportunities are. You don't need slides or a wishlist, just a sense of where things stand.

    You provide

    • 30 minutes of your time
    • Whatever you already have, like a website, past reports, or ad accounts

    You get

    • A plain read on where the opportunity is
    • A clear yes or no on whether to move forward
  2. Strategy

A few days to a week

I turn what we talked about into a plain-English plan: what I'll build, in what order, and why, so you know exactly what you're getting before any work starts.

    You provide

    • Feedback on the plan
    • Answers to any follow-up questions

    You get

    • A written plan you can read in one sitting
    • A timeline specific to your project
  3. Build

1-3 weeks depending on the project

I build the system itself: the website, the reporting, the automation, or whatever the plan calls for. You see progress along the way instead of waiting until the end to find out what you got.

    You provide

    • Quick answers when I have a question
    • Access to whatever accounts I need to connect to

    You get

    • Regular updates on progress
    • A working system, not a slide deck
  4. Handoff

    A 30-day support window

You get a system that works on its own, documentation written for a business owner instead of a developer, and 30 days where I'm still here if something comes up.

    You provide

    • A short call to confirm everything works for you

    You get

    • A working system, ready to use
    • Documentation written in plain English
    • 30 days of support if something comes up

The tools behind the work

I use AI the same way a good contractor uses power tools: it lets me move faster, and that keeps your costs down. It drafts a first pass, checks my code for mistakes, and speeds up the parts of the work that used to take the longest.

What I never hand off is the judgment: deciding what to build, reviewing every line before it ships, and signing off on the final result. Nothing reaches you until I've looked at it myself.

For you, that means a system built at the speed AI makes possible, with the same accountability you'd expect from someone doing all of it by hand. You get the site, the report, or the automation, and you get my name on it.

Other ways to start

If a full build isn't the right fit yet, an AI Audit is a smaller way to get clarity on where to start. If you already have a system in place, Marketing Partner work picks up after handoff and continues month to month.
